摘要
以不同水射流参数水平下的废轮胎橡胶的破碎效率为研究对象,通过试验确定与水射流参数之间的关系。结果表明:破碎效率随着泵压的增大而提高,且破碎效率的提高幅度也随着泵压的增大而增大;破碎效率随着靶距的增大呈先提高后降低的趋势;破碎效率随着喷嘴移动速度的增大呈先提高后降低的趋势,但增大喷嘴移动速度会降低材料的利用率,喷嘴移动速度的合理取值范围在1 500 mm·min^(-1)以内;泵压对破碎效率的影响程度最大,喷嘴移动速度次之,靶距最小。
The effect of waterjet parameters on the crushing efficiency(E) of scrap tire rubber was studied,and the relationship between E and waterjet parameters was determined experimentally.The results showed that,with the pump pressure(p) increasing,E increased,and the increase extent of E also increased;with the increasing of the target distance(s),E first increased and then decreased;with the increase of moving velocity of the nozzle(v),E first increased and then decreased,but the material utilization rate was reduced.The suitable range of v was below 1 500 mm·min^(-1).The influence of parameters on E decreased in the order of p,v,s.
