摘要
[目的/意义]知识搜索是企业获取外部知识,实现开放式创新的重要途径,但现有文献对知识搜索的研究主要集中在知识搜索对创新绩效的影响,很少有文献分析影响知识搜索的前因。研究知识搜索的前因,有利于弥补现有文献对知识搜索前因的研究不足的问题,为企业依据创新战略和市场环境制定知识搜索策略提供理论依据。[方法/过程]通过问卷调查,收集253家企业的数据,运用层次回归模型分析企业创新战略对知识搜索的直接影响,以及市场环境的调节作用。[结果/结论]结果表明,企业创新战略对知识搜索策略有直接影响,并受到市场不确定性和市场竞争强度的调节作用。
[Purpose/Significance] Knowledge search is an important way for enterprises to acquire external knowledge and achieve open innovation. However, the research of knowledge search in the existing literature mainly focuses on the influence of knowledge search on innovation performance, and few literature analyzes the factors that affect knowledge search. Studying the antecedents of knowledge search, is helpful to make up for the lack of research on the knowledge search, and provides the theoretical basis for the enterprise to devel- op the knowledge search strategy based on the innovation strategy and the market environment. [ Method/Process ] This paper uses the questionnaire to collect the data of 253 enterprises and analyzes the direct impact of innovation strategies on knowledge search and the me- diating effect of market environment. [ Result/Conclusion] The results show that search strategy is directly influenced by innovation strategy, and is moderated by the market environment.
