摘要 近年来,由于多领域对于旋转控制需要的增长,光电编码器获得了广泛的应用,同时也对光电编码器的测角精度和分辨力提出了更高的要求。指出了光电信号补偿技术的发展为光电编码器精度的提高提供了重要保障;介绍了光电编码器的原理及衡量光电信号质量的4项指标;从此4项指标出发,总结了国内外的信号自适应补偿技术的研究现状;最后,分析了现有补偿方法的优点和存在的限制,展望了光电编码器信号补偿方法的发展趋势。 In recent years, there is an increasing need to control rotary motion, as a result photoelectric encoder is widely used. It also puts forward higher requirements for the precision and resolution of photoelectric encoder. It is pointed out that the development of photoelectric signal compensation technology provides an important guarantee for improving the accuracy of photoelectric encoder. The principle of photoelectric encoder and four indicators to measure the quality of photoelectric signal is introduced. Starting from the four indicators, the domestic and international current research status of adaptive compensation technology for encoder signal is summarized. Finally, the advantages and limitations of the existing compensation methods are analyzed, the development trend of photoelectric encoder signal compensation method is prospected.
