摘要
以刚果(金)硫化铜矿和水钴矿为原料,提出了硫化铜矿和水钴矿两矿联合浸出提取钴和铜的新工艺。结果表明,在硫化铜矿与水钴矿两矿质量比为0.4、初始硫酸浓度2.5mol/L、液固比5(mL/g)、温度80℃、反应时间5h的条件下,钴、铜浸出率分别达到98.80%和96.01%。
A novel process to extract cobalt and copper from copper sulphide ore and heterogenite in Congo (Kinshasa) by combination leaching was put forward. The results show that leaching rate of Co and Cu is 98.80% and 96.01% respectively under the optimum conditions including mass ratio of copper sulphide ore to heterogenite of 0.4, initial concentration of sulfuric acid of 5 tool/L, L/S of 5 : 1 mL/g, reaction temperature of 80℃, and reaction time of 5 h.
