摘要
巴彦淖尔紫金锌冶炼厂二期改扩建后,中性浸出液采用两段高温除钴三段净化工艺参数为:反应温度75~90℃、锌粉添加量0.5~5.5kg/m3、锑盐添加量2~6g/m3,深度除杂效果显著,其中Cu≤0.20mg/L、Cd≤0.3mg/L、Co≤0.2mg/L、Sb≤0.02mg/L,满足48h电积要求。
After second phase reorganization and expansion, Bayannur Zijin Zinc Smelter adopts two-stage high temperature cobalt removal and three-stage deep purification parameters including reaction temperature of 75~90℃, zinc powder dosage of 0.5~5.5 kg/m^3, and dosage of antimony salt of 2~6 g/m^3. Deep purification is well achieved effect with Cu~0.20 rag/L, Cd≤0.3 mg/L, Co≤0.2 mg/L, and Sb≤0.02 rag/L, meeting requirement of 48 h electrowinning.
