摘要
介绍了某公司331kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置的设计和运行实践。净化工序采用两级动力波净化+两级电雾、转化工序采用"3+2"常规转化工艺,采用进口催化剂,尾气为大规模干法活性焦脱硫。上述制酸装置于2015年9月投产,2016年以来,在侧吹熔炼炉投料量大幅增加的情况下,通过对部分设备进行改造以及转化催化剂进行调整等措施使得总转化率控制在99.85%以上,系统产能达520kt/a以上,制酸尾气SO2浓度保持在活性焦脱硫装置所能够接受的合理范围,从而确保了冶炼生产的正常进行。
Design and operation of sulfuric acid production device for 331 kt/a smelting flue gas were introduced. Purification process applies two--stage power wave purification and two-stage electric fog. Conversion process applies "3 + 2" conventional conversion process and imported catalyst. Tail gas treatment applies large-scale dry active coke desulfurization. The sulfuric acid production device was put into operation in september 2015. Since 2016, the total conversion rate has been maintained at 99.85% above with system capacity of 520 kt/a above by adjusting part of equipment and conversion catalyst against growing of side--blown smelting furnace. SO2 concentration is controlled within reasonable range for activated coke desulfurization device, to ensure normal smelting production.
