卓越医学人才医德素质培育现状调查与实效比较分析

Present Situation Investigation and Comparative Analysis on Medical Ethics Quality Training Effectiveness of the Preeminent Medical Talents

目的了解试点的"卓越医师班"学生医德素质培养现状,探索提高卓越医学人才医德素质培养实效性的有效方法。方法以2013~2016级四届"卓越医师班"学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查形式把握其医德素质现状,并进行纵向比较分析。结果高年级"卓越医师班"学生相较于低年级"卓越医师班"学生医德素质培育有一定实效性,但是整体实效性并不是很明显。结论卓越医学人才医德素质培养要树立精英化培育理念,突出人文性;注重顶层设计,强化系统性;辩证分析培育实效,强化长效性;要注重培育过程,强化实践性。

Objective： To understand present situation and explore effectiveness of medical ethics quality train- ing on the Preeminent Medical Talents. Method： Questionnaires were used for investigating ＂Preeminent class＂ students of 2013 - 2016 level Fourth Order in order to grasp present situation of medical ethics quality and compare and analyse the stituation longitudinally. Result：The effectiveness of medical ethics quality training of senior grades ＂preeminent class＂ students is higher than junior grades ＂preeminent class＂ students, but the overall effec- tiveness is not very obvious. Conclusion： Attention should be paid on the top - level design with the the purpose of improving medical ethics quality training effectiveness on the Preeminent Medical Talents and its systematicness should be strengthened. We should not only regard the effectiveness more dialectically and emphasize its long - term effect and procedural, but also strengthen its practical.
