摘要
为解决屏蔽泵中水润滑推力轴承的失效问题,对水润滑石墨轴承的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,对于延长轴承使用寿命、保证泵组运行可靠性具有重要意义。利用特制的轴承试验台,模拟轴承实际工作状态,对轴承摩擦副进行了试验研究,得到转速和载荷对石墨轴承的磨损率、摩擦系数的影响规律。研究表明,石墨轴承在高速运转下具有较好的摩擦性能,减小轴向载荷可有效地降低轴承磨损率。经过2680小时的寿命试验得知,轴承磨损曲线经过初期跑合磨损以后逐步呈现平缓趋势,可以用该曲线外推石墨轴承的使用寿命,并对其摩擦表面作了分析。
Water - lubricated thrust bearing in primary pump for reactor motor was studied. The study had important sense for improving friction and wear properties of graphite bearings and extending their service life. The material of the thrust bearing was graphite, and its friction partner was made of stainless steel. On a special bearing test platform, the bearing operating conditions were simulated and the test of friction and wear properties were carried out, and thus how speed and load effect on the friction and wear properties of graphite material was found. The results showed that graphite material had good friction performance under high speed, and reduce the axial force could effectively reduce the bearing wear. After 2680 hours'life testing, knowing that the wear curve was gradually showing a flat trend through initial worn stage, by which the use life of graphite thrust bearings could be extrapolated. And moreover, the morphology study of the grind surface was done by SEM.
