摘要 为进一步提高二甲醚发动机(DME)仿真建模准确性,结合WD615柴油发动机的特性,提出一种二甲醚发动机建模方法,并通过试验验证模型建立的准确性。基于AVL FIRE建立WD615柴油发动机仿真模型。选取缸内最高温度、最高压力和氮氧化物最大和最小排放量为评价指标,通过二甲醚发动机排放试验,验证模型的正确性。仿真与试验结果表明,采用AVL FIRE建立的WD615柴油发动机仿真模型与试验结果基本吻合,最高温度、最高压力、氮氧化物最大和最小排放量误差分别为2.36%、3.35%、1.05%和2.28%,从而验证二甲醚发动机仿真建模的准确性。 In order to further improve the dimethyl ether engine simulation modeling accuracy, this paper puts forward a method of dimethyl ether engine modeling combining with the characteristic of WD615 diesel engine, and the accuracy of the model is validated by the experiment. WD615 diesel engine simulation model is set up based on the AVL FIRE. Selecting the highest temperature, the maximum pressure in cylinder and of minimum and maximum nox emissions as evaluation index, to verify the correctness of the model by dimethyl ether engine emission test. Simulation and experimental results show that the AVL FIRE of WD615 diesel engine simu- lation model is consistent with the test results, the highest temperature, pressure and nox emissions of minimum and maximum error are 2.36%, 3.35%, 1.05% and 2.36% respectively, so as to verify the exactness of the dimethyl ether engine simulation modeling.
