摘要
细菌纤维素是一种新型的生物材料,简要介绍细菌纤维素的基本性能,重点围绕液体制品、肉类制品、休闲食品、食品包装四个方面阐述细菌纤维素在食品工业中的应用。
Bacterial cellulose is a new bio - material. This paper briefly introduced the distinctive characters of bacterial cellulose and stressed the application in food industry from four aspects: liquid products, meat products, snack foods and food packaging.
