The exertion of relative advantage is the basic approach to gain from economic globalization, which optimizes resource collocation in terms of market mechanism within the scope of the seven seas. Innovations are the key of transform from relative advantage based on resource to the one based on technology. Therefore, we should bring relative advantage into full play, reinforce our competitive power and all- around national power, and on basis of that, realize optimization and upgrade of relative advantage.
