摘要
针对悬停状态四旋翼植保机在不同轴间距下对推力的影响进行研究。以十字形四旋翼植保机相邻螺旋桨轴间距作为研究对象,为消除外界因素对轴间距推力实验的影响,先后进行地面效应分析、实验平台搭建、实验平台误差测量实验,最后进行轴间距对推力性能影响实验,并对实验所测得数据进行分析。实验结果表明:轴间距的大小对相邻螺旋桨推力损失影响很大,间距较小时影响尤为突出,在大区间轴间距为(2.1~3.0)R之间变化时,推力先增大后减小最后趋于稳定值,当间距为2.5R时所产生的推力最大。细化小区间(2.4~2.6)R,得到推力变化趋势与大区间相似,但间距为2.5R1时所产生的推力最大。
This paper studies the influence of shaft spacing on the thrust of the cross quad-rotor plant protection machinery. Propeller shaft spacing of the cross the quad-rotor plant protection machinery is selected as the study object. In order to eliminate the influence of external factors on the interferenee of axial spacing, the ground effect is analyzed, the experimental platform is built and the testing experimental platform error is measured in the first step, then the measured data of the interference on the axial spacing are analyzed . The experimental results show that the size of the axial spacing has a great influence on adjacent propeller thrust loss. The effect is particularly significant when the spacing is shorter, when the axial spacing changed in a large range from 2.1R to 3.0R, the thrust force increases at beginning, then decreases and tends to stable finally, the distance of 2.5R causes the largest thrust force. Refining the interval from 2.4R to 2.6R, the trend of thrust change is similar to that of large interval, however in this situation the distance of 2.5RI causes the largest thrust force.
