摘要 对搅拌摩擦焊技术和动静压电主轴技术进行了简要介绍,结合目前搅拌摩擦焊实际焊接过程中存在的不足及今后的发展趋势,设计研发一种新型的回抽复合式搅拌摩擦焊动静压电主轴,采用动静压液体轴承、联轴器和直线轴承,主轴具有回抽功能,通过分离式搅拌头的使用,较好地解决了搅拌摩擦焊接结束后工件存在的"匙孔"的问题,提高主轴的承载能力、精度,能够长时间持续摩擦搅拌焊接,同时搅拌头更换便捷,经国家检测机构鉴定,达到设计标准。 This paper introduces the friction stir welding technology and the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic electric spindle technology. Combining with the shortcomings and the future development trend of the actual friction welding process, a new type of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic electric spindle for refilling friction stirring welding is designed and developed. This spindle includes hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings, couplings and linear bearings. This spindle has a refilling function, separating mixing head is used to solve keyhole problem. The bearing capacity and accuracy of the spindle are improved. Friction stir welding can work continuously for long time. Mixing head can be replaced conveniently. This new spindle is identified by the national testing agencies to meet the design standards.
