摘要 针对将解冻废水中的冷能回收利用于洗涤水制冷和车间降温这一需求,制定解冻水二级冷能回收利用工艺,包括污水换热器直接供冷系统和热泵系统。采用高换热系数的螺旋螺纹管换热器,搭建实验系统,研究了冷热水的入口流量与出口温度的关系、冷热水系统入口流量与压力降之间的关系,验证了换热器换热效果良好,满足实际工程需要。并设计冷能直接回收利用污水换热器,满足实际工程需求。 Aiming at the need for washing water cooling and workshop cooling by the use of cold energy in the thawing wastewater of aquatic products, this paper develops two cold energy recycling technology of in the thawing wastewater, including direct heat supply system and heat pump system. The experimental system is built using high heat transfer coefficient spiral screw heat exchanger. The relationship between the inlet flow and the outlet temperature is studied about the hot and cold water. And the relationship between the inlet flow and the pressure drop is studied about the hot and cold water. The results show that the heat exchanger can be applied in recycling the thaw water energy. It also has a high efficiency.
