氮化过程监控系统的设计

摘要 针对传统热处理实验室读取数据困难和工作环境恶劣等问题,提出对热处理实验室进行改造和设计一套关于对氮化过程进行远程监控的系统的方案。利用Lab VIEW开发监控系统,搭建控制和测量电路,将传感器测得的数据通过NI USB6003输入到监控系统中,同样地,控制信号从系统中通过NI USB6003输出到继电器中,完成控制和监控的目的;同时利用远程控制技术,客户机可以控制主机和获取主机的数据,使操作室和反应室分隔开。 To solve the difficulty of data reading and the bad working environment in the traditional heat treatment laboratory, this paper proposes solutions to reconstruct the heat treatment laboratory and design a system which can monitor the nitriding process remotely.LabVIEW is used to develop the monitoring system, and build control and measurement circuit.NI USB6003 is used to input the measured data by sensor to the monitoring system, and output the same control signals from the system to the relay, which can realize control and monitoring purposes. Remote control technology is used tocontrol the host and access to the host data by client, so that the operating room is separated from the reaction chamber.
