摘要 PDC钻头在钻遇复杂地层时,转矩波动较大、蹩跳钻现象严重,其不仅会缩短PDC钻头的使用寿命,还容易导致井下钻具断裂,影响钻进效率。为此,研制了钻井转矩保护器,并完成了厂内试验。钻井转矩保护器主要由压扭转换机构、储能机构和密封油浴机构组成,能够起到轴向和周向的减震作用。工作时一旦井下转矩超出工具的预设值,碟簧组被压缩,储存能量,工具收缩,钻头上齿的切削深度减小;当钻头转矩正常时,储存的能量会缓慢释放。厂内试验结果表明,钻井转矩保护器缩回、伸出和转动灵活,试验数据全部满足设计要求。 PDC bit in complex strata will cause large torque fluctuation, terrible drilling bouncing and sticking. It not only can shorten the service life of PDC bit, but also may cause the down-hole equipment fault, and affect the drilling efficiency. This paper designs a drilling torque protector, and indoor test are completed. Drilling torque protector mainly consists of pressure-torque convert part,energy storage partand seal lubrication part, can decrease the axial and circumferential vibration. During working process, once the down hole torque is beyond the default of tools , disc spring group is compressed to store energy,tool is retracted, the cutting depth of bit upper tooth is decreased; while the drilling torque becomes normal, the stored energy will release slowly. Indoor test results show that the drilling torque protector maintain flexible retraction,extend androtation, test data can meet the design demand.
