摘要
以动车组开闭罩外形轮廓进行曲面检测作为例子,通过使用激光扫描仪对动车组开闭罩外形轮廓进行曲面检测,可以快速而准确地掌握开闭罩外形曲面误差,解决开闭罩外形曲面检测的难题;提出使用激光扫描技术在动车组内装件异型件安装中可广泛应用的设想,可提高动车组整车组装质量,提高劳动生产效率。
By using the laser scanner to detect the surface contour of the open car cover of the EMU, it is possible to quickly and accurately grasp the surface error of the open and close cover, and to solve the problem. The paper puts forward the idea of using laser scanning technology to install the special parts in the EMU, so as to improve the assembly quality of the vehicle group and improve the labor productivity.
