耐候性耐黄变丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成 被引量:3

摘要 采用丙烯酸酯改性以提高聚氨酯胶粘剂的耐候性和耐黄变性能。通过向聚氨酯中加入丙烯酸酯制得具有高强度耐候性耐黄变的单组分胶粘剂(PUA);而丙烯酸酯改性后的聚氨酯固化时间较长,向PUA中加入二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂(1.5‰)以缩短固化时间。研究了光照湿热老化对PUA胶粘剂耐候性和耐黄变性能的影响,以及丙烯酸酯含量对固化时间和剪切拉伸强度的影响。 The polyurethane adhesive was modified with acrylate to improve the weatherability and yellowing resistance of the adhesive. The single-component polyurethane adhesive (PUA) with higher strength, better weatherability and yellowing resistance was prepared by adding acrylate into the polyurethane. The acrylate modified polyurethane required longer curing time, and then the dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst was added into the PUA to shorten the curing time. The effects of lighting and hygrothermal aging on the weatherability and yellowing resistance, as well as the effect of acrylate content on the curing time and tensile shearing strength were studied too.
