摘要
2012年9月,国务院办公厅发文暂停"撤点并校"的做法后,幸存下来的农村小规模学校如何发展成为社会突出问题。农村小规模学校师资作为小规模学校发展中唯一生产性要素,是影响农村小规模学校教育质量的关键,但当前农村小规模学校教师面临着薪资待遇低,生存压力大、专业素养弱,难符职业要求;职业规划差,发展条件不足;教师补充方式单一等亟待解决的问题。
In September 2012, the General Office of the State Council issued a document to suspend the practice of"evacuation and school", and how the surviving rural small-scale schools developed into a prominent problem in society. The small-scale school teachers in rural areas are the only productive factors in the development of small-scale schools, which is the key to the quality of small-scale school education in rural areas. However, the small-scale school teachers in rural areas are faced with low salary, high survival pressure, professional requirements, poor career planning, lack of development conditions, teachers, such as a single way to solve the problem.
