摘要 简介了端羟基缩水甘油叠氮聚醚(GAP)的基本性能、GAP弹性体的低温性能调节方法和战术导弹发动机用GAP推进剂的研究进展。重点介绍了GAP钝感高能推进剂——Azalane~?的配方组成、能量特性、燃烧性能、力学性能及钝感响应特性,并比较了其与端羟基聚丁二烯推进剂的相应性能,认为Azalane~?推进剂具有理想的安全性能与钝感特性,是一种综合性能优良的钝感高能推进剂。 The basic performance of the hydroxyl-terminated glycidyl azide polyether (GAP), the adjustment methods for the low temperature performance of the GAP elastomer and the research progress of GAP propellant used in the tactical missile engine are briefly introduced. The formulation composition and energy characteristic, combus- tion performance, mechanical performance and insensitivity response characteristic of the GAP insensitive high energy propellant----Azalane~ are emphatically introduced, and the corresponding performance is compared with HTPB (hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene) propellant. It is considered that the Azalane propellant possesses ideal safety performance and insensitivity characteristic, and is an insensitive high energy propellant with excellent comprehensive performance.
