摘要
介绍一种去除蒽醌法制过氧化氢过程氧化尾气中挥发性有机物(VOC)的方法,其特征是工艺过程至少使用一台气液聚结分离器、一台气液混合装置。含有VOC的气体,首先进入气液混合器中,气体与洗涤液体充分混合接触,将使气体中VOC洗涤到洗涤液中,然后通过气液聚结分离器将洗涤液与气体分离,从而可显著降低气体中的VOC含量。
A method for removing the volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the oxidation off-gas produced in preparation of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process was introduced, its characteristic is that the technology process uses at least a gas-liquid coalescence separator and a gas-liquid mixing device. First the gas containing VOC was introduced into the gas-liquid mixer, the gas and the washing liquid were fully mixed and contacted, and the VOC in the gas was washed and transferred into the washing liquid, then the washing liquid and gas were separated by the gas-liquid coalescence separator, thereby the VOC content in the gas can be significontly reduced.
