摘要
对大型法兰O型圈带压堵漏用密封胶(真空封泥、真空封脂、低温胶、硅胶等)的性能(流动性能、固化行为、黏结性能、力学性能等)进行分析并筛选出最适宜的带压堵漏用密封胶。结果表明:硅胶的综合性能优于其他密封胶,其流动变化率为11.0%;固化速率受温度影响较大,40℃时达到9.5 mm/d;180°剥离强度为9.0~10.5 N/mm。A胶、B胶混合质量比为10:1时,硅胶力学性能最佳(耐压性能为20.14 MPa,拉伸强度7.3 MPa,撕裂强度为25 N/mm,邵A硬度为31),可作为大型碳钢法兰O型圈带压堵漏用黏结材料。
The sealants for large carbon steel flange O-ring leakage blocking with pressure include vacuum ce- ment, vacuum sealing ester, low temperature adhesive, silicone gel etc. Their performance including flowing performance, curing behavior, bonding performance, mechanical performance etc. was analyzed to select the most suitable sealant for leakage blocking with pressure. The results show that the comprehensive performance of silicone gel is superior to the other sealants, its flow change rate is 11.0%. The curing rate is greatly affected by temperature, and its value reaches 9.5 mm/d at 40 ℃. The 180°peel strength is 9.0-10.5 N/ram. When the mixing mass ratio of A gel and B gel is 10:1, the mechanical performance of silicone gel is optimum (the pressure-resistant performance is 20.14 MPa, tensile strength is 7.3 MPa, tear strength is 25 N/ram, Shore A hardness is 31), therefore it can be used as the bonding material for large carbon steel flange O-ring leakage blocking with pressure.
