摘要
针对矿用电动机基础故障难以发现的问题,建立电动机基础故障的数学模型,得到了基础故障的频谱特征,并对现场运行异常的矿用电动机振动信号进行频谱特征分析,确定了设备运行异常的原因——基础刚度不足。根据诊断结果对该电动机的基础进行了加强处理,处理后电动机运行异常的现象消失,达到了预期的效果。
According to the basic problem of mine motor fault which is difficult to find, through the establishment of mathematical model of motor fault, fault based spectrum characteristics were obtained, and the vibration signal of the motor in mine field operation abnormal spectrum characteristic analysis, cause abnormal operation of equipment was determined, which was the basis of insufficient stiffness. According to the diagnosis results, the foundation of the motor has been strengthened, and the abnormal operation of the motor has eliminated, and the expected effect has achieved.
