摘要
通过大修分析,找出了EML340A型连续采煤机截割齿轮箱主轴轴颈磨损的原因,采取合理的焊补工艺对主轴轴颈进行了修复。结果表明,采用焊补修复的方法可以满足主轴的精度和强度要求,提高了设备的可靠性。
The cause of wear-and-tear of the spindle neck in continuous miner EML340A cutting gear box was found through overhaul. It was restored by filling welding process. The result showed that the filling welding process have met the needs for accuracy and strength of the spindle, and improved the reliability of continuous miner.
