摘要
针对丁集煤矿的电液控液压支架供液系统存在的问题,提出了系统升级改造方案,介绍了粗过滤装置、软化水系统的选用方案和增设辅助精过滤装置等措施。通过升级改造,ZZ13000/28/65D型支撑掩护式电液控液压支架的供液系统性能得到提升,取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the problems existing in the liquid supply system of electro-hydraulic control hydraulic support in Dingji coal mine, which were the coarse filtration device, the choice of softening water system and the addition of auxiliary filtration equipment and other measures. Through the upgrading scheme, the performance of the liquid supply system of electro-hydraulic control hydraulic support ZZ13000/28/65D was satisfied, and good results were obtained.
