摘要
软土路基问题是道路工程中经常要面对的难题,许多工程结合当地地质条件采用水泥搅拌桩来处理该类路基。以湖北某公路软土高路基施工过程中发生塌陷为例,研究了水泥搅拌桩处理软土路基的问题所在,通过对该工程发生塌陷的原因进行分析计算,发现水泥搅拌桩并不适合处理该类淤泥质层较厚的软土路基,针对该类路基通过研究提出可采用换填法或桥梁跨越法的处理方案,并对该具体塌陷的路基提出清除塌陷处淤泥、反压护道同时路基两边增加刚性桩的处理方案,旨在为类似软土路基工程提供参考。
The soft roadbed is a difficult problem in the road engineering and many projects combine the local geological conditions with cement mixing piles to deal with such subgrade. Taking the collapse in the construction of a highway soft soil in Hubei as an example, the problem of the treatment of soft soil subgrade with mixing pile is studied. Through the analysis of the causes of the collapse of the project, it is found that the cement mixing pile is not suitable for dealing with the thicker soft soil roadbed. The replacement method or bridge crossing method is proposed for the scheme of the same kind of subgrade treatment is proposed, and the treatment measures for collapsed subgrade is to clear the silt from the subsided area and meanwhile to add rigid piles in subgrade side. This project can provide reference for similar soft soil subgrade engineering.
