摘要
门窗是引起建筑能耗损失的重要原因,断桥铝合金门窗由于具有保温隔热性能好的优势,正在慢慢得到普及和应用。隔热条是用于连接铝合金型材的低热导率的非金属材料。本文基于Therm软件,对断桥铝合金的门窗框节点进行模拟分析,得出框节点的K值;并模拟分析隔热条长度及玻璃厚度对框节点K值的影响,阐述隔热条长度及玻璃厚度的改变对其保温隔热性能的影响。
The doors and windows are the important causes of building energy losses, the aluminum doors and window with thermal barrier strip are being popularized and applied gradually because of their good thermal insulating properties. Thermal barrier strip is a nonmetallic material used to connect aluminum alloy profiles with low thermal conductivity. Based on the therm software, this paper simulates and analyzes the frame joints of the aluminum window with thermal barrier strip, and obtains the K value of the frame joint, the influent of insulation bar length and glass thickness on 'the K value of frame joints is simulated, and the influence of the length of insulation strip and the change of glass thickness on its insulation performance is expounded.
