本试验对副猪嗜血杆菌两个血清型(MD0322及SH0165)菌株的体外最适培养条件进行了筛选,在添加一定量血清和辅酶的情况下,两株细菌生长良好,通过跟踪生长曲线在最适时间内收获大量菌体,为后续疫苗生产工艺提供支持。

Through selecting the best culture conditions on the two serotypes of Haemophilus parasuis （MD0322 and SH0165 strains） in vitro, we found that under the conditions of adding a certain amount of serum and coenzyme, the two strains grew well, and a large number of bacteria were harvested in the opti- mum time by tracking the growth curve, which provided the support for the follow-up production of the vaccine
