摘要
近年来,我国的特大型高炉发展迅速,已有4000m^3以上的特大型高炉22座,但有不少特大型高炉尚未发挥出应有的优势,与日本、韩国特大型高炉相比有明显差距,突出的问题是燃料比高和顺行状态不佳。为此,提出了我国特大型高炉操作和管理改进的思路:一是要有高炉大型化的系统思维;二是在高炉生产操作层面上要重点考虑四大条件,如精料、煤气流分布、精细化操作和特殊炉况处理的能力;三是要努力做好精料工作;四是要努力实现煤气流分布合理,最大限度地提高煤气利用率。
In recent years, a lot of super large BFs are built in China and there are twenty-two 4000m^3 BF nowadays, but many of them have not fully achieved the expected effects, and show significant gap compared with super large BFs in Japan and South Korea, especially regarding fuel rate and smooth running status. Thus following thoughts on improving the opera- tion and management of domestic super large BFs are put forward: ( 1 ) establishing systematic concept of large sized BF; (2) taking into account four key points related to BF production operation, i.e. beneficiated material, gas flow distribution, delicacy operation and capability while handling special furnace status; (3) utilizing beneficiated material reasonably; (4) carrying out reasonable distribution of gas now to maximize the gas utilization.
