韶钢7号高炉炉役后期高效冶炼实践 被引量:3

摘要 对韶钢7号高炉炉役后期高效冶炼的生产实践进行了总结。通过采取提高原燃料质量、大风量高顶压操作、维持较高风速和鼓风动能、优化上部布料模式、强化操作炉型的监控、以风量替代富氧量实现经济冶炼模式等高效冶炼措施,7号高炉不但延续了自2015年8月以来的长周期稳定顺行的状况,达到了自高炉开炉以来的最好的生产状态,而且兼顾高炉长寿与产量的需求,达到了高效冶炼和降低铁水成本的目标。2016年7号高炉平均利用系数2.75,平均燃料比513.7kg/t。 The production practice of highly efficient smelting at post campaign of Shaoguan Steel's No. 7 BF is summarized, which is carried out by taking some effectives measures, like improving the quality of raw material and fuel, operating furnace with great blast flow and high top pressure, maintaining high speed blasting and high kinetic energy, optimizing the top bur- den distribution mode, strengthening monitoring of operating furnace profile, and utilizing great blast flow instead of oxygen enrichment to achieve economic smelting. As a result of these measures, No. 7 BF operates under stable and smooth running status for a long time since August 2015 and achieves the best operation result since BF startup taking into account long campaign and high production of blast furnace, realizing the target of highly efficient smelting and low hot metal cost. In July 2016, the average productivity of the No. 7 BF reached 2.75 and the average fuel rate 513.7kg/t.
