某船用转运装置泵站的减振降噪改进设计

摘要 为降低某船用转运装置泵站的机械振动噪声,改善船舶工作环境,采用隔振等方法对转运装置液压泵站进行减振降噪改进,并进行振动和噪声试验。试验结果表明,改进后转运装置泵站的振动噪声大大降低,船舶工作环境明显改善。 In order reduce the mechanical vibration noise of pump station of certain ship handling device and to improve the working environment of ship, the methods such as vibration isolation are used to get better vibration reduction and noise control for hydraulic pump station. The test results show that the mechanical vibration noises of pump station of the improved certain ship handling device has been greatly reduced, and the working environment of ship has been improved obviously.
