摘要
基于某型载人潜水器建造过程中利用激光跟踪仪测量到的潜器壳体表面建造偏差数据,计算建造偏差,并评估建造偏差对潜器各项性能的影响,主要内容包括水下排水量的偏差估算、水下全排水体积浮心位置的偏差估算、湿表面积的偏差估算、测量后的水平方向和横向拱度计算、航速的改变估算以及直航保向性能等。最后,根据建造偏差对各项性能的影响分析,评估偏差的合理性,提出阶段总装建造的外形质量评估方法。
According to the data of the laser tracker, the construction deviation is calculated and the influence of the construction deviation on the performance of the submersible is evaluated. The main contents include the deviation estimate of underwater displacement, the deviation estimate of the buoyancy position of underwater total displacement, the deviation estimate of wet surface area, camber calculation of transverse and horizontal, speed change quantity estimation, direct navigation performance estimation and so on. At last, according to the effect analysis of the construction deviation on each performance, the reasonability of the deviation is estimated. The paper concludes with the performance estimation of the stage assembly construction.
