摘要
提出并设计了一种同时测量导轨副综合静刚度的装置及方法.介绍了该装置的结构设计及位移传感器的布置方案,建立了使用该装置求解综合静刚度的理论模型,通过将变形量和偏心载荷等效分解,实现了导轨副五种静刚度的同时测量,并对该装置的主要误差进行了分析,拟定了测量实验步骤.应用本实验装置及方法可提高导轨副静刚度测评的效率.
A device and method for simultaneously measuring the comprehensive static stiffness of lin-ear guideway were proposed and designed.The structure design and sensor displacement of this device were introduced,and the theoretical model for the device was set up to solve of composite static stiff-ness.The simultaneous measurement of five kinds static stiffness was realized by the equivalent de-composition of the deformation and eccentric load.Additionally,the main errors of the device were analyzed,and the experimental steps were studied out.The device and method of this experiment will improve the efficiency of the static stiffness test for linear guide.
