横向互联空气悬架动侧倾角刚度特性 被引量:4

Dynamic rolling stiffness characteristic of laterally interconnected air suspension

摘要 利用经试验验证的横向互联空气悬架整车模型,分析了互联管径与外界激励条件对横向互联空气悬架侧倾特性的影响.结果表明:相同振幅下,激励频率较低时,空气弹簧是提供悬架动侧倾角刚度的最主要元件之一,互联管径对悬架动侧倾角刚度影响显著;激励频率较高时,减振器对动侧倾角刚度的贡献度可达80%以上,而空气弹簧的贡献度不足10%,互联管径对悬架动侧倾角刚度影响不再明显.根据空气弹簧、减振器、横向稳定杆对悬架动侧倾角刚度的贡献度,提出了互联管径选定方法,可为悬架系统参数匹配提供新的理论依据. A simulation model was utilized,which was proved by bench test.The effect of intercon-necting pipe inner diameter on dynamic rolling stiffness of interconnected air suspension was analyzed. In addition,the contribution degree of the air spring,the damper and the anti-roll bar to the dynamic rolling stiffness of the air suspension was calculated separately.Study results show that,when the ex-citation frequency is low,the air spring and the anti-roll bar are the main components which contribute to the dynamic rolling stiffness.When the excitation frequency is high,the contribution degree of the damper will be more than 80%,while the air spring contributes less than 10%.In this frequency range,the effectiveness of interconnecting pipe inner diameter on suspension dynamic rolling stiffness is small.The study provides a new way to conduct parameters matching of interconnecting pipe inner diameter on the basis of contribution degrees of air spring,damper and anti-roll bar.
