租户人力资本视角的科技孵化器支持有效性——一个定性比较分析(QCA)下的探讨

The effectiveness of technology incubator support for tenants' based on human capital perspective——A qualitative comparison analysis(QCA)

运用定性比较分析(QCA)就典型孵化器租户的人力资本异质性对孵化器支持有效性的影响进行探索,结论认为:租户的年龄,学历、创业经验、家庭创业背景等人力资本特征对孵化器支持有效性有着显著的决定作用。孵化器应当完善新租户准入计划,保证在孵企业租户人力资本结构的合理性,并创新孵化器服务支持体系,实现精准孵化。

In this paper,we use qualitative comparative analysis（QCA）to explore the effect of human capital heterogeneity on the effectiveness of incubator support for typical incubator tenants,It is concluded that the characteristics of human capital such as age,education,entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background have a significant decisive effect on the effectiveness of incubator support.The incubator should improve the new tenant access plan to ensure the rationality of the human capital structure of the incubator tenants and to innovate the incubator service support system to achieve accurate incubation.
