我国基础研究经费投入与来源分析

当前,我国基础研究经费投入不仅与世界平均水平存在较大差距,同时也与我国发展阶段不相适应。分析其原因,主要是由于我国基础研究经费来源单一,主要依靠中央政府投入,地方政府和企业投入不足所致。为此,提高基础研究投入水平必须调整其来源结构。

At present,China＇s basic research funding is not only under the world average level,but also incompatible with China＇s development stage.The main reason is that China＇s basic research funding sources are single,mainly rely on the investment of central government,local government and enterprise investment is insufficient.To this end,China must adjust its source structure in order to improve the level of investment in basic research.
