摘要
利用响应面法对亚临界1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)同时萃取牡蛎中多种持久性有机污染物(POPs)的工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,萃取温度、萃取压力、共溶剂用量对萃取效果的影响均极显著,萃取温度和萃取压力交互影响极显著;研究确定的最佳工艺条件为萃取温度38℃、萃取压力11.6 MPa、共溶剂二氯甲烷用量4.37 m L;此条件下多环芳烃(PAHs)、多氯联苯(PCBs)和多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的平均回收率为81.2%。该方法是一种简单、快速、环保,适用于多种POPs同时萃取的新型前处理技术,应用前景广阔。
Extraction of POPs in oysters with sub-critical R134 a was optimized with response surface methodology. The results indicated that extraction temperature, extraction pressure and co-solvent amount affected the extraction significantly, extraction temperature and extraction pressure interaction was significant. The optimal extraction parameters chosen in this work were extraction temperature 38 ℃, extraction pressure 11.6 MPa and co-solvent amount 4.37 m L. Under these conditions, the average recoveries of PAHs, PCBs and PBDEs were 81.2%. This method is simple, fast, environment friendly and suitable for the extraction of different POPs at the same time, which has a broad application prospect.
