摘要 住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)是指医学生完成学校基本教育后接受的某一学科规范化的专业培训,对培养高层次的医学人才起着承上启下的作用,如何将这种模式很好地运用于规培医师教学中,改进PBL教学实施过程中存在的问题,具有重要意义。将PBL教学法引入规培医师教学的方法,当前有两种模式,即将传统教学法和PBL教学法结合或仅采用PBL教学法,但PBL教学法在施行过程中,可能存在规培医师学习兴趣不足、积极性不够,部分课程设计不合理或超出学生的研究能力等问题,转变教师角色,锻炼规培医师自学的能力,结合自己的临床经验激发规培医师的自主学习兴趣是必要的。 Problem-based Learning ( Problem-based Learning, PBL) technical method has gained inter- esting acceptance in the medical education, and been a new direction of medical education reforms. In China, PBL technical method has been reformed and made a lot of development and achievements. The standardized training of residents is the medical postgraduates training after basic education as student in school, and played a vital role in training high-level medical staff. Thus, how to introduce PBL technical method into the standardized training of residents has great significance. There are two methods in model introduction, the combination PBL technical method and the standardized training of residents, and the pure PBL technical method. In the process of implementation, there are still some limitations, such as lack of interest in learning from standardized training of residents, improper design in the curriculum, or beyond the research ability of students. It is necessary to change the role of the teacher, exercise the students' self-learning skills, and arouse the students' interest.
