摘要 由于主客观等方面的原因,研究者在对同一研究对象进行评价时会由于使用的评价方法不同而导致评价结果出现较大差异,即存在"多方法评价结论非一致性问题",文章提出一种解决多方法评价结论非一致性问题的组合规划模型,并使用我国国有大中型企业的统计数据对该模型进行实证检验。该方法的主要特点表现在:第一,强调客观性,用统计数据得出评价结论,尽量避免人为因素的影响;第二,考量综合性,使用不同的评价方法进行组合评价,从而使评价结果更接近实际;第三,注重便捷性,评价过程可以在计算机上实现,评价过程更为简捷实用。 Due to the subjective and objective factors, the researchers in the evaluation of the same object will use different evaluation methods, thus leading to different results, which is the problem of inconsistent evaluation conclusion from multi-evaluation methods. In order to solve this problem this paper proposes a combined planning model, uses the statistical data of China's large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises to conduct an empirical test on the model. The proposed method is characterized by the following: Firstly, emphasis on objectivity; it means evaluation result is obtained from the statistical data to avoid the influence of human factors. Secondly, comprehensive consideration; different evaluation methods are used to perform combinatorial evaluation, which makes the evaluation results more close to reality. Thirdly, stresses on convenience; evaluation process can be realized on computer, and the evaluation process is both simpler and more practical.
