摘要 近年来,研究发现默认网络(default mode network,DMN)在阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)、癫痫(epilepsy)、抑郁(depression)等疾病中表现活动反常。这种反常表现引起了诸多神经科学者的关注,并据此提出了默认网络的相关理论,相关研究也取得积极进展。研究默认网路的活动有助于了解疾病的发展程度及临床治疗评估,具有非常重要的意义。本研究将对默认网络的研究历史、解剖基础、神经机制、及其与疾病的关系以及临床应用等方面进行综述。 In recent years, studies have found that the default mode network has abnormal performance in Alzheimer disease, epilepsy, depression and other diseases. The abnormal performance has attracted the attention of many neuroscience researchers, and they put forward relevant theory of the default mode network, and some relative research have made positive progress. Research on the activities of the default mode network could be helpful to the understand of the development of the disease and evaluation of the clinical treatment, and it is of great significance. In this study, the research history, anatomical basis, neural mechanism, its relationship with diseases, as well as the clinical application of the default network was reviewed.
