摘要
目的:观察蛭蛇通络胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者血脂和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将112例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各56例。两组均采用基础规范治疗和脑卒中的三级康复治疗方案,治疗组加用蛭蛇通络胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次,用药4周。观察两组患者治疗前后血脂和血液流变学指标的变化和中医证候积分改善情况。结果:用药4周后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为67.8%和89.2%,治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者用药4周后CHOL、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和WBV、HSRV、LSRV、FIB、ESR水平均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);用药4周后LDL-C、HDL-C和WBV、FIB、ESR水平较对照组改善程度更为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:蛭蛇通络胶囊可有效地改善脑梗死恢复期患者血脂和血液流变学和临床中医证候积分,具有一定的临床疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of the blood lipid and blood rheology in patients with cerebral infarction recovery period treated with Zhishe Tongluo Capsule. Methods:A total of 112 patients with cerebral infarction recovery period were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,56 cases in each. Two groups both used standard treatment and tertiary rehabilitation treatment for cerebral apoplexy. The treatment group additionally used Zhishe Tongluo Capsule, 4 grain once, 3 times a day, treatment for 4 weeks. Observe two groups' blood lipid and blood rheology levels, TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment. Results : After treatment for 4 weeks, the control group and treatment group' s total effective rate was 67.8% and 89.2%. The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than the control group' s (P 〈 0. 05). Compared with before treatment, two groups' CHOL, TG, LDL, HDL - C , LDL - C and WBV, HSRV, LSRV, FIB and ESR levels after 4 weeks treatment(P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). After 4 weeks treatment, LDL - C, HDL - C ,WBV,FIB and ESR levels were obvious improved significantly (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). Con- clusion:Zhishe Tongluo Capsule can effectively improve the blood lipid, blood theology and clinical TCM syndrome integral in patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period. It has a certain clinical curative effect.
