基于络病理论,阐述肺络的结构、功能特点,从整体功能模式、结构功能关系等角度入手,分析肺络构效理论对于肺主气、主通调水道、主宣发肃降、主治节等生理的调控内容,结合历代文献及医家经验进行梳理,探讨其生理病理意义,为进一步探索肺络构效理论现代内涵、辨证防治慢性肺系疾病奠定基础。

Based on the collateral disease theory, expound the characteristic of structures and functions of lung collat- erals. From the angle of overall functionality model and structure functionality model, analyze the regulation content of the lung collaterals theory on lung governing qi, lung governing regulation of the flow of fluids, lung controlling dispersing outward and inwards, all vessels converging in lung and lung regulating visceral activities. Further explore the modern connotation of structures and functions of lung collaterals, establishing foundation to syndrome differentiation and treat- ment chronic lung disease.
