益血生胶囊联合利可君片治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并白细胞减少症的临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Yixuesheng Capsule Combined with Leucogen Tabletsin Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with White Blood Cell

目的:观察益血生胶囊联合利血生片治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并白细胞减少症的临床效果。方法:选取医院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的70例慢性乙型肝炎合并白细胞减少症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,对照组服用利血生片治疗,观察组采用益血生胶囊联合利血生片治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及对慢性乙型肝炎合并白细胞减少症的影响。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高达94.29%,较对照组的71.43%明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的ALT复常例数和复常率、HBV-DNA转阴例数和转阴率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者外周血白细胞计数水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者未见明显不良反应。结论:针对慢性乙型肝炎合并白细胞减少症患者,采用益血生胶囊联合利血生片治疗,有利于缓解临床症状,增加外周白细胞计数水平,减轻患者痛苦,不良反应少,安全可靠性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yixuesheng Capsule combined with Leucogen Tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with leukopenia. Methods ： Seventy patients with chronic hepatitis B with leukopenia were divided into observation group and control group according to random number assay, 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Leucogen Tabletswhile the observation group treated with Leucogen Tablets combined with Yixuesheng Capsule. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results ： The observation group＇ s total efficiency was as high as 94.29% , significantly increased compared with the control group＇ s 71.43%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, observation group＇ s peripheral blood white cell count level was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groupshad no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion ： For chronic hepatitis B with leukopenia patients, Yixuesheng Capsule combined with Leucogen Tabletscan relieve the clinical symptoms, increase the peripheral white blood cell count level and alleviate the suffering of patients, with less adverse reaction, high safety and reliability and high clinical application value.
