高校延伸至县域办学的现象分析——基于“推拉理论”的视角

An Analysis of the Phenomenon of University Extension to County——Based on “Push and Pull Theory”

在高等教育即将进入普及化的背景下,浙江、江苏等省出现了很多高校延伸至县域办学的现象。基于"推拉"理论,这一现象产生的主要原因是国家教育政策的"推力"、县域市场需求的"拉力"以及高等教育即将进入普及化的"中间因素"。目前,高校延伸至县域办学存在若干困境,促进其健康发展,需要优化其布局规划、完善其管理体制、促进其融合发展。

With the popularization of higher education, many colleges and universities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other provinces have extended to the county. The paper describes the present situation of two universities extended to the county, and then analyzes the following causes based on the theory of ＂push and pull＂： the ＂push＂ of the national education policy, the ＂pull＂ of the county market demand and the ＂intermediate factor＂ of the higher education pluralization. Finally, this paper argues that there are some difficulties in the extension of the university to the county. To make development, it is necessary to optimize its layout planning, improve its management system and promote its integration development.
