摘要 目的研究肝素锂抗凝血浆在生化检验中的应用价值。方法本研究的对象为2015年1月至2016年6月在陕西省铜川市中医医院进行生化检验的120例患者,对所有患者分别进行肝素锂抗凝血浆与传统血清生化检测,对比分析血清与血浆检测的15项指标。结果 120例患者均顺利完成生化检验,且在这一过程中未出现不良反应现象。在检测的15项指标中,血清和肝素锂抗凝血浆中的LDH、K^+、Na^+、CO_2、HBDH水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而血清和肝素锂抗凝血浆中的TBIL、ALb、DBIL、BUN、CK、CK-MB、Crea、ALP、Cl^-、Ca^(2+)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝素锂抗凝血浆的检测方法效率更高,可在一定程度上代替传统的血清检测方法。 Objective To study the application value of heparin lithium anticoagulant in biochemical test. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients who conducted biochemical test in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tongchuan from January 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled as study objects, all the patients accepted heparin plasma and traditional serum biochemical detection respectively, and 15 indicators were compared between serum and plasma testing. Results Biochemical tests were performed successfully in 120 patients, and there was no adverse reaction in this process. In the detection results of 15 indicators, there were statistically significant differences in LDH and K+, Na+, CO2, HBDH between serum and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasima (P〈0.05), and the levels of TBIL、ALb、DBIL、BUN、CK、CK-MB、Crea、ALP、Cl- 、Ca2+ in serum and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma had no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion Heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma method has higher detection efficiency, which can replace the traditional serum detection to a certain extent.
