头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠对炎症的临床效果及其不良反应探讨

Clinical efficacy and side effects of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium on inflammation

目的观察临床上使用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗炎症的效果及其不良反应发生情况。方法选取我院炎症患者200例(2014年3月至2016年8月收治),将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予头孢他啶注射液治疗,观察组使用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为37.00%,高于对照组的8.00%(P<0.05)。结论头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗炎症的临床疗效较高,但在使用中会产生一定的不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium on inflammation. Methods Two hundred cases of inflammatory patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to August were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceflazidime injection, while the observation group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, and the clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）; the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 37.00%, which was higher than 8.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium has high clinical efficacy in the treatment of inflammation, but it will produce some adverse reactions.
