PICC导管在恶性血液肿瘤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of PICC catheter in patients with malignant blood tumor

目的探讨PICC导管在恶性血液肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的120例恶性血液肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予表浅静脉穿刺和常规护理,观察组患者给予PICC导管穿刺和护理干预。比较两组患者术中出血、术中感染、手术成功情况、置管留置时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术中出血、术中感染发生率明显低于对照组,手术成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的置管留置最长时间及平均时间均明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论 PICC导管应用于恶性血液肿瘤患者临床效果显著,有效降低了穿刺过程中患者的出血、感染及并发症发生率,提高了手术成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of PICC catheter in patients with malignant blood tumor. Methods A total of 120 malignant blood tumor patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given superficial vein puncture and routine nursing, and the observation group was given PICC catheter puncture and nursing intervention. The incidence of intraoperative bleeding and intraoperative infection, operation success rate, catheter indwelling time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence rates of intraoperative bleeding and intraoperative infection of the observation group were lower, and the operation success rate was higher （i~〈0.05）. The longest and average catheter indwelling time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 23.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of PICC catheter in patients with malignant blood tumor is significant, it can reduce the bleeding, infection and complications rate in the process of puncture, and improves the success rate of operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
