护理干预在玻璃体切割术围术期中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention in perioperation of vitrectomy

目的探讨护理干预在玻璃体切割术围手术期中的应用效果。方法采取随机对照的方法将我院眼科于2015年9月至2016年9月收治的96例(108只眼)接受玻璃体切割术的患者分为两组,观察组48例患者在其围手术期制定科学、个性化的护理计划,按照护理计划实施护理干预;对照组48例患者采取常规护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果,主要包括手术情况、术后视网膜复位情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术成功率(96.23%)明显高于对照组的手术成功率(76.36%),且手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,两组患者手术情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的视力均改善,但观察组视力情况优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率分别为13.21%、29.09%,组间并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予玻璃体切割术患者围手术期科学、个性化的护理干预,能显著提升其手术效果和术后视力恢复情况,减少术后患者并发症的发生,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention in the vitrectomy. Methods A total of 108 eyes from 98 cases of patients treated in Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were performed scientific and personalized nursing, while patients in control group were accepted traditional nursing and the curative effect of the two groups including the situation of operation, reposition of retina, and complications were compared. Results The success rate of the observation group （96.23%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （29.09% ）, and the time of operation in observation group was shorter than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the vision of the two groups after treatment improved, but the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complication of the two groups were 13.21% and 29.09% respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Scientific and personalized nursing can significantly improve the operative effect and recovery condition and lessen the incidence of complication, which is worthy of clinical application.
