综合疼痛护理在开腹手术患者术后护理中的应用效果

Effect of postoperative comprehensive pain nursing in patients undergoing open surgery

目的探讨术后综合疼痛护理在开腹手术患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法将在我院进行开腹手术的86例患者随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组患者围手术期采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予术后综合疼痛护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后6、24、48、72 h的NRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后当天、术后1 d、术后2 d的疼痛呼唤次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后综合疼痛护理能够显著减轻开腹手术患者的术后疼痛,提高术后舒适度,改善术后护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the postoperative comprehensive pain nursing in patients undergoing open surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients underwent open surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was given postoperative comprehensive pain nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS scores at 6, 24, 48 and 72 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The number of pain calls on the day after surgery, 1 and 2 d after operation in the observation group were less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative comprehensive pain nursing can alleviate the pain in patients with open surgery, and improve postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction after surgery.
