不同浓度生根粉对芝麻生长及产量的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Different Concentrations of ABT on Growth and Yield of Sesame

摘要 为了明确适宜浓度生根粉对芝麻的增产效果,通过盆栽试验,以山西、河北、河南5个芝麻品种(系)为研究对象,分析不同浓度生根粉对不同芝麻品种农艺性状及产量性状的影响。结果表明,施用生根粉对5个芝麻品种(系)的生育期基本无影响,而初花期平均提前了2~4d,株高、根长、果轴长、单株蒴果数、生物量、千粒重及产量则随着生根粉浓度的增高呈现先增加后降低的趋势。根据生根粉浓度与各性状的关系可看出,150~200mg/kg生根粉处理对促进芝麻生长及提高产量较为理想,其中晋芝2号、晋芝3号、临芝01-12在200mg/kg生根粉处理产量最高,冀芝157、豫芝11号在150mg/kg生根粉处理产量最高。山西地区选用200mg/kg生根粉处理晋芝2号,能达到高产目的。 In order to define the appropriate concentration of ABT for increasing yield of sesame, the effects of different concentration of ABT on agronomic trait and yield traits of different sesame varieties (lines) from Shanxi, Hebei, Henan was studied through pot experiment. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the growth period of the five sesame varieties (lines) compared with the control. The early flowering season of sesame was 2-4 days earlier than the control, and plant height, root length, fruit axial length, capsule per plant, biomass, 1000-grain weight and yield per plant were increased at first then decreased with the increase of ABT concentration. According to the relationship of ABT concentration and various characters can be seen that it would be more ideal to enhance the growth and yield of sesame at 150-200mg/kg of ABT concentration. Jinzhi 2, Jinzhi 3, Linzhi 01-12 had the highest yield at 200mg/kg and Jizhi157, Yuzhi 11 had the highest yield at 150mg/kg. Jinzhi 2 treated with 200mg/kg ABT can achieve high yield in Shanxi.
